【摘要】:ThispartofISO16232definesmethodsfordeterminingthesizeandnumberofcontaminantparticles,whichhavebeenextractedfromcomponentsanddepositedonthesurfaceofamembranefilter,asdeterminedbyusingeitheralightopticalmicroscope(LM)orascanningelectronmicroscope(SEM).Theresultofthismeasurementistheparticlesizedistributiononthemembranefilter.Asthefunctionofpartsandcomponentscanbeimpairedbythepresenceofasingleorafewcriticalparticles,acompleteanalysisofthetotalmembranefiltersurfaceisessential.TheseanalysescanbeperformedeithermanuallyorautomaticallyusingImageAnalysis(IA)techniquesiftheappropriateequipmentisavailable.
