【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesahot-wire(parallel)methodforthedeterminationofthermalconductivityofrefractoryproductsandmaterials.Itisapplicabletodenseandinsulatingshapedproductsandtopowderedorgranularmaterials(see6.2),forthermalconductivitiesoflessthan25W/m.K.Thelimitsareimposedbythethermaldiffusivityofthetestmaterialandthereforebythedimensionsofthetestpieces;higherthermalconductivitiescanbemeasurediflargerpiecesareused.Electricallyconductingmaterialscannotbemeasured.NOTE1Thethermalconductivityofproductswithahydraulicorchemicalbondcanbeaffectedbytheappreciableamountofwaterthatisretainedafterhardeningorsettingandisreleasedonfiring.Thesematerialsmaythereforerequirepre-treatment;thenatureandextentofsuchpre-treatmentandtheperiodforwhichthetestpieceisheldatthemeasurementtemperatureasapreliminarytocarryingoutthetest,aredetailsthatareoutsidethescopeofthisstandardandshouldbeagreedbetweenthepartiesconcerned.NOTE2Ingeneralitisdifficulttomakemeasurementsonanisotropicmaterialsandtheuseofthismethodforsuchmaterialsshouldalsobeagreedbetweenthepartiesconcerned.
