【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesa)theunderlyingtheory,b)thebasicprinciplesforsamplingandpreparationofsamples,andc)thebasicrequirementsforthedesign,installationandoperationofsamplingsystemsformechanicalsampling,manualsamplingandpreparationofsamplestakenfromalotundertransfer,todeterminethechemicalcomposition,moisturecontent,sizedistributionandotherphysicalandmetallurgicalpropertiesofthelot,exceptbulkdensityobtainedusingISO3852:2007(Method2).ThemethodsspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardareapplicabletoboththeloadinganddischargingofalotbymeansofbeltconveyorsandotherore-handlingequipmenttowhichamechanicalsamplermaybeinstalledorwheremanualsamplingmaysafelybeconducted.Themethodsareapplicabletoallironores,whethernaturalorprocessed(e.g.concentratesandagglomerates,suchaspelletsorsinters).
