【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60794isafamilyspecificationthatcoversdrinkingwaterpipecablesandsubductsforinstallationbyblowingand/orpulling/dragging/floatingindrinkingwaterpipes.SystemsbuiltwithcomponentscoveredbythisstandardaresubjecttotherequirementsofsectionalspecificationIEC60794-3.Drinkingwaterpipecableandsubductconstructionshavetomeetthedifferentrequirementsofthedrinkingwatercompaniesand/orassociationsregardingchemical,environmental,operationalinteractionsandingeneralmaintenanceconditions.Atableofpreferentialapplications,describingdrinkingwaterpipecablecharacteristicsversusmethodsofinstallationisreportedinAnnexAfordrinkingwaterpipecables.Clause4describesablankdetailspecificationfordrinkingwaterpipecablesandsubductsforinstallationbyblowingand/orpulling/dragging/floatingindrinkingwaterpipes.Itincorporatessomeminimumrequirements.Detailspecificationsmaybepreparedonthebasisofthisfamilyspecification.Theparametersspecifiedinthisstandardmaybeaffectedbymeasurementuncertaintyarisingeitherfrommeasurementerrorsorcalibrationerrorsduetolackofsuitablestandards.Acceptancecriteriashouldbeinterpretedwithrespecttothisconsideration.Thenumberoffibrestestedisrepresentativeofthedrinkingwaterlinecableandshouldbeagreedbetweenthecustomerandthesupplier.

【摘要】:ThisPartofBSG198specifiesthedesign,performance,qualityassurancerequirementsandmethodsoftestforthefollowingtypeofpolytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)slip-onsleevessuitableforidentificationofelectriccablesandinsulatedequipmentwiresinaircraft.Thedesignofthesleevesissuchthattheydonotexpandindiameter.Type7.Thesearesleeveswhich,whenfitted,areforuseinthefollowingtemperatureranges:a)-65℃to250℃foratleast20000h;b)upto300℃foratleast168h;c)upto350℃foratleast4h.Thesesleevesareresistanttofuels,lubricantsandhydraulicfluids,includingester-basedlubricantsandester-basedhydraulicfluids.NOTE.ThelatestrevisionofanAerospaceSeriesstandardisindicatedbyaprefixnumber.RecommendationsforthestorageoffinishedsleevesaregiveninannexA.note:2)TheproceduresdescribedinBS5691:Part2:1995forevaluationofthermalendurancearenotreadilyapplicabletoPTFE.However,experienceofproductperformanceindicatesthatPTFEsleevingmaybesuitableforinclusioninsystemsforoperationattemperaturesupto260℃.3)Whenassessedinaccordancewith11.12.4)Whenassessedinaccordancewith11.5.
