【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60728definesthecharacteristicsofequipmentusedintheheadendsofterrestrialbroadcastandsatellitereceivingsystems(withoutsatelliteoutdoorunitsandwithoutthosebroadbandamplifiersintheheadendasdescribedinIEC60728-3).ThesatelliteoutdoorunitsforFSSaredescribedinETS300158,andforBSSinETS300249.Thisstandard:-coversthefrequencyrange5MHzto3000MHz;NOTETheupperlimitisanexample,butnotastrictvalue.Thefrequencyrangeorranges,overwhichtheequipmentisspecified,shouldbepublished.-identifiesperformancerequirementsforcertainparameters;-laysdowndatapublicationrequirementsforcertainparameters;-stipulatesmethodsofmeasurement;-introducesminimumrequirementsdefiningquality(Q)grades.ThispartofIEC60728dealswiththeinterfacesbetweenheadendcomponentsandexplainsthefunctionofthedevicesifthisisnecessarytosupportthedescriptionoftheinterfaces.Coders,transcoders,encrypters,decrypters,etc.arenotdescribedinthisstandard.Ifsuchdevicesareusedinheadends,therelevantparametersforRF,video,audioanddatainterfacesneedtobemet.ThispartofIEC60728hasbeenpreparedtolaydownthemeasuringmethods,performancerequirementsanddatapublicationrequirementsforheadendequipmentofcableddistributionsystemsfortelevisionandsoundsignals.
