【摘要】:ThispartofISO11090specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-2,geometricandmachiningtestsandtestsforcheckingaccuracyandrepeatabilityofnumericallycontrolledpositioningaxesforgeneralpurposeandnormalaccuracydiesinkingelectro-dischargemachines(EDM).Italsospecifiestheapplicabletolerances,correspondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.ThispartofISO11090isapplicabletotwocolumnmachinesofslide-headtypeandcross-slidetabletype.ThispartofISO11090dealsonlywiththeverificationofaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibrations,abnormalnoises,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.),nortothecheckingofitscharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecheckedbeforethetestingoftheaccuracy.ThispartofISO11090providestheterminologyusedfortheprincipalcomponentsofthemachineandthedesignationoftheaxeswithreferencetoISO841.NOTE—InadditiontothetermsusedinthethreeofficialISOlanguages(English,FrenchandRussian),annexAofthispartofISO11090gives,forinformation,theequivalenttermsintheDutch,German,ItalianandSwedishlanguages;thesearepublishedundertheresponsibilityofthenationalmemberbodiesforBelgium(IBN),Germany(DIN),Italy(UNI)andSweden(SIS).However,onlythetermsgivenintheofficiallanguagescanbeconsideredasISOterms.
