【摘要】:Thispublicationincludeswrittenrepliesissuedintheyearindicatedbythesecretary,speakingfortheASMECSDAFBCommittee,toinquiriesconcerninginterpretationsoftechnicalaspectsofASMECSD-1.Theserepliesaretakenverbatimfromtheoriginalrepliesexceptforafewtypographicalcorrectionsandsomeminoreditorialcorrectionsmadeforthepurposeofimprovedclarity.Insomefewinstances,areviewoftheinterpretationmayrevealaneedforcorrectionsofatechnicalnature;inthesecases,acorrectedinterpretationwillimmediatelyfollowtheoriginalreply.TheseinterpretationswerepreparedinaccordancewiththeaccreditedASMEprocedures.ASMEproceduresprovideforreconsiderationoftheseinterpretationswhenorifadditionalinformationisavailablethattheinquirerbelievesmightaffecttheinterpretation.Further,personsaggrievedbythisinterpretationmayappealtothecognizantASMEcommitteeorsubcommittee.ASMEdoesnot“approve,”“certify,”“rate,”or“endorse”anyitem,construction,proprietarydevice,oractivity.
