【摘要】:ThisStandardcoversrequirementsformanuallyoperatedmetallicvalvesinnominalsizes21/2(DN65)through12(DN300)havingtheinletandoutletonacommoncenterline.Thesevalvesareintendedforcontrollingtheflowofgasfromopentofullyclosedpositions,foruseindistributionandservicelineswherethemaximumgagepressuredoesnotexceed125psig(8.6bar).Valveseats,seals,andstempackingmaybenonmetallic.ThisStandardsetsforththeminimumcapabilities,characteristics,andpropertiesthatanewlymanufacturedmetallicvalvemustpossessinordertobeconsideredsuitableforuseinthepipingsystemsindicatedabove,carryingnaturalgas,manufacturedgas[includessyntheticnaturalgas(SNG)],andliquefiedpetroleumgases(distributedasavapor,withorwithouttheadmixtureofair)ormixturesthereof.
