【摘要】:ThemostfundamentalmethodforobtainingCIEtristimulusvaluesorothercolorcoordinatesfordescribingthecolorsofvisualdisplayunits(VDUs)isbytheuseofspectroradiometricdata.(SeeCIENo.18and63.)Thesedataareusedbysummationtogetherwithnumericalvaluesrepresentingthe1931CIEStandardObserverandnormalizedtoKm,themaximumspectralluminousefficacyfunction.ThespecialrequirementsforcharacterizingVDUspossessingnarrowordiscontinuousspectraarepresentedanddiscussed.ModificationstotherequirementsofPracticeE308aregiventocorrectfortheunusualnatureofnarrowordiscontinuoussources.1.1ThistestmethodprescribestheinstrumentalmeasurementsrequiredforcharacterizingthecolorandbrightnessofVDUs.1.2Thistestmethodisspecificinscoperatherthangeneralastotypeofinstrumentandobject.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
